Late-Night Snacks

Most nights I go ahead and reach for that ice cream bar, because I can seldom refuse ice cream. It's definitely my weakness. However, I've been on an apples with peanut butter kick, and I decided to take it to the next level...who knew that was necessary?!

I pulled a few ingredients together for this healthier spin on fruit dip, and it was such a tasty treat, and I had the added bonus of going to bed without feeling like a cow. It's the small things.  I'm not saying I'm always the healthiest, but I always try ;) The recipe below is for a single serving, but I think this would be a hit with a crowd, too!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

1/4 C. plain Greek yogurt
1 T. peanut butter
2 tsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. honey

Mix together & serve with your favorite fruit!
