1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 C. semisweet chocolate chips
1 C. butter
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. + 1 T. Bailey's, divided
Prepare an 8" square pan (spray or grease). Preheat oven to 350.
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together butter & chocolate chips (I did this in 1-minute increments at 70% power, stirring between each heating).
Whisk Bailey's, sugar, and eggs. Pour chocolate mixture into sugar, stirring constantly to temper eggs. Stir in dry ingredients until incorporated. Pour into prepared pan; bake 40-45 minutes. As brownies come out of oven, brush remaining Bailey's over the top. Allow to cool before cutting.
