4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, grated or finely minced
2 tsp. steak sauce (I used A1)
Soften cream cheese. Use a hand mixer to thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Form into a log or shape, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
This is great served with crackers or granny smith apple slices!
